The Riverside County Youth Commission

The 5th District Youth Advisory Council have been busy doing various projects.

On October 15, 2011, the YAC will be attending a community clean-up with Code Enforcement at the Marion Ashley Community Center.  YAC members like to help beautify their community, and help others in need.

The 13th Annual Youth in Government Day is coming up on Wednesday, October 26, 2011.  This event allows Youth Commission members and opportunity to job shadow a county employee for a day.  YAC always look forward to this event and being able to learn how their local government functions.
