Posted on May 5, 2010The Second District Youth Advisory Council Application period for the 2011-2012 term year is now closed. Please check back during the spring of 2012 for details on the application period for the 2012-2013 council.
The Second District Application for both new and returning council members for the 2011-2012 term year will be posted in March of 2012. Please complete the appropriate application. In order for your application to be accepted, it must be submitted by the application deadline that will be indicated on the application.
Methods to Submit Your Application:
1) Submit by Mail: Complete your application online and print the completed application. You can then mail your application by the deadline to the following address:

2) Submit by Fax: Complete your application online and print the application. You can then submit your application by faxing it as follows:

3) Submit your application electronically via email: Complete the application online and save it to your computer desktop. After the application has been saved on your desktop, you can open an email and include the application as an attachment. Your application should be emailed as follows:
